After years of extensive ballet training during my
childhood, I discovered my passion for yoga. Not only was it another
form of self-expression through movement, but it was a great way
to keep my body in shape, reduce stress, and enhance strength and
The more I practiced and incorporated yoga into my
daily life, I realized how beneficial it is for my mind, body, and
soul. Yoga has become more than just a form of physical exercise.
It gradually led me into an inward journey of self-awareness.
After eight years of practicing Bikram yoga and Ashtanga
Vinyasa yoga, I decided to share my experience with others by becoming
a certified instructor. I received my teacher training certificate
from It’s Yoga in San Francisco, after completing 200+ hours
of comprehensive training and teaching in accordance with the Yoga
I have studied and practiced with world renowned
Yogis: Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois, Richard Freeman, and David Swenson
among others. My recent participation at the Yoga Journal Conference
(San Francisco) has also been a great addition to my experience.
