My Teaching Philosophy
In today’s world, people
are entangled in the web of life. We sense accomplishment
when multitasking
to achieve our goals, rather than being in tuned with our
own feelings. We often seek guidance and wisdom from others,
when essentially all the qualities we seek externally reside
within ourselves.
Practicing yoga will guide us to experience this self-awareness
and transformation through the synchronization of conscious
breath and movement, while quieting the mind, This connection
gradually allows us to discover our inner most potential.
My Focus & Goals
- Inspire students to gain a deeper
and clearer self-awareness through the connection of mind,
body, and soul
- Create balance and harmony through breath and movement
- Encourage students to explore their limitations and realize
their possibilities within each posture
- Demonstrate and adjust students proper body alignment and
postures
- Feel relaxed, energized, happier, and stronger both in mind
and body, after practice
- Cater to individual needs in a safe and fun environment
- Maintain a consistent and fun practice to reap all the benefits
